「When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. 「This property is staffed with very professional and knowledgeable staff whose job it is to make their guests comfortable and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Chateau and took the vineyard and wine storage areas with our guide, Thomas. 「The house was amazing and classy, but was a bit far away from the station, about 20 min walk. Particularly we had a big suitcase and it was not easy to walk on the paving stone road. However, the house was quiet and easy access to the town center. We were located on the ground floor, so a bit worried and felt uneasy during the night.」
