The room was nice clean and spacious, you can see the luxury as soon as you enter, the staff were very helpful and friendly, pools were big but I complaint is that the biggest one wasn’t heated, beach was right next to the hotel making it a plus but overall I’ve really enjoyed the experience

It was amazing the staff and the hotel. We also booked a trip at the hotel to Luxor and that was amazing. Dont miss to snorkel by the beach.

Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10.

This place was amazing! The views were great and peaceful. It was super clean and staff were amazing. The only issue is that the pools and hot tub close right before dark. It would be nice if they were open in the evening.

Nice all inclusive hotel

When we booked the hotel we totally missed that it is an all inclusive resort. Normally it is not our preferred type of hotel but we were positively surprised in general. The room was nice, the free drinks didn't give too much headache, most personnel was nice (some exceptions behind the bars and the reception). A little bit too much action by the pool with water gym etc. But overall we had some good days here

Ein schönes Resort mit toller, gepflegter und sauberer Anlage, nettem Personal, leckerem Essen, sauberen Zimmern und guter Unterhaltung. Hier und da hat das Resort eine kleine Auffrischung verdient. An manchen Stellen sind kleine Baustellen, was für Modernisierung und Reparatur steht. Man darf sogar das Nachbarhotel Pyramisa inkl. Restaurants und Bars mit benutzen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ailece tercih edilecek bir otel

İlk girişimizde odamızın manzarasını beğenmedik.resepsiyondaki Meryem hanım hemen yardımcı oldu güzel manzaralı ve fazladan bir yatak olan oda ayarladı. Otel yeni olduğu için odaları gayet ferah ve temiz. Otel personeli son derece güleryüzlü, sürekli bir şey ister misiniz diye soruyorlar. Odaların rutin temizliği çok iyi. Ailecek gelip tercih edebilirsiniz.Sahilinde kıyıdan biraz uzaklaşınca mercan kayalıklarında rengarenk balıkları gözleyebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki barı 24 saat hizmet veriyor. Yemekleri gayet güzel ve çeşitli. Aquaparkında çocuklar çok eğlendi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Von aussen wow und auch manche Mitarbeiter und der Strand sind super, aber ansonsten eine Katastrophe. Was 5 Sterne Luxury; nicht mal 3 Sterne sind da angebracht. Dreckige Zimmer, teilweise dreckige Bettwäsche, Matratzen die nur noch für den Abfall geeignet sind..... und wenn man dann eine neue Matratze bekommt ist diese steinhart. Da könnte man genauso gut auf der Sonnenliege schlafen. Keine Topper vorhanden. Meine Suite war dauerbeschallt, Tag und Nachts durch die Aggregate der Klimaanlage und durch das Entertainment des Tochter/Partyhotels von nebenan. Nie wieder!
