Budget friendly, but not the best experience
The hotel facilities are quite dated, with a particularly unpleasant experience in the bathroom sink with the smell of sewage. The rooms were clean, all amenities were available, but I would only rate this hotel as a budget friendly option. The merits of the hotel were: cheap, super close to the station. The rooms are however dated. I could also hear the other guests talk or flushing the toilet from the room, but not bad enough to keep me awake. The rooms may be cold for those staying in the cold season.

Positive is clean hotel, super close to train station free breakfast is amazing. Negative is super small bathroom, sink spout is also used for bathtub. No counter space in bathroom. Beds are really hard. Staff is very friendly though.

Convenient and no-fuss. Not fancy. Had two rooms, first was a little dirty. In a very convenient location. Had rooms available on short notice when others didn't. Gets the job done, but don't expect to get impressed by anything.

The hotel is a reasonable size for solo traveler. Check in and out service are quick. The location is so close to Saga station, very convenient.

Nice hotel close to Saga Station.
The hotel is just in front of the Saga Station. The room I was staying at was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a bath on the first floor. The breakfast was good. And so, I think it is a quite reasonable hotel.

Good location
Location is good and we are satisfied with the overall conditions of the hotel. Breakfast can be better if have more choices and longer time serving. Will recommend to friends.

大浴場とありましたが、洗い場は４名しかなく浴槽も5人以上は、ちょっと難しいです。これで大浴場って言うのであれば、洗い場は4名など表記して欲しい。 朝食のバイキングは、十分でした。しかも無料だったのでさらによかったです。

女性の大浴場がびっくりするほど小さかった。脱衣所も小さかったけど湯船が3人入ったらもう狭い！洗い場が4ヶ所あったので4人が入浴する想定かもしれないが、4人は到底無理。大浴場ではなく小浴場と呼んだ方がいい。男性用の大浴場は比較的広いようなので、女性は蔑ろにされてる気がします。

建物が新しいわけではないが、室内等は掃除が行き届いていて清潔。特にバス・トイレの清掃が行き届いていると思った。 フロントの接客も良かった。 朝食のバイキングも豊富で、お料理の追加のタイミングなど、とても目が行き届いていたと思う。
