The home & property was amazing! Clean, well stocked with supplies from the kitchen to items for our five grandchildren (10 mths.-7years) & the 6 adults (39-71years). The pool was magnificent & location was ideal! The owners were kind & accessible before & during our stay. We felt welcome & comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay at this Sag Harbor home. Getting together with our adult kids who live out of state & our grandkids at this home was a perfect way to celebrate my special birthday! My only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Communication with the host was wonderful. Location great and the house was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a family wedding. The home has plenty of space and the backyard was perfect for relaxing.

We were SO lucky to have been able to book a last minute visit to this wonderful property. Perfect escape from the city for us, our friends, and all of our kids. So many outstanding things to say about our experience. The homeowners and concierge were responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our party of 11, ranging in ages from 10 to 70+. Everyone had their own space, yet it was easy to spend time as a group. The home is stocked with everything you need including a fully loaded kitchen, pillows, blankets, and loads of towels for the house, pool and beach. The outdoor set-up is magnificent. Tons of outdoor seating, fabulous pool incl a full array of toys and floats, spacious hot tub and fire pit. Location couldn't be any better. Nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located so that you can quickly get to the Main Streets of Sag Harbor and all the Hamptons. This was our first stay but won't be our last!

We stayed at this lovely house with 12 friends for my husband's birthday weekend. Everything was beautifully decorated and the setup is great, but the best part of the property for us was by far the backyard. It is perfectly laid out and has all the amenities you could ask for between the hot tub, hammock, fire pit, music system, manicured lawn and heated pool. We brought a cornhole and bocce set with us and spent the majority of our stay out there. Would love to return if we ever plan a trip out that way again. Thank you, Andrew and family!

This house was extremely comfortable and perfectly laid-out for a large multigenerational family. The pool, hot-tub, ping-pong table and basketball hoop were greatly enjoyed by all. Close to Sag Harbor village (five minutes in car) and to Foster Memorisl Long Beach (cute bay beach). So peaceful and lovely. Great kitchen for cooking! We cooked out several times too. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

The house is beautiful. More than enough room for everyone and well supplied re outdoor activites. Plenty of towels. Owner's reresentative, Cynthia, was efficient and very welcoming. (Recommend that guests bring tissues, paper towels. ) Since we were very familiar with the area, shopping was not a problem and we quickly supplied the frig with basics. Appliances were excellent. There's plenty of outdoor space with well-maintained grounds. In all, it's a wonderful place. (Would alert guests about running up electirc bill as well as checking spa sanitation. )
