「Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. 「This cute space was just enough for our two days in Tucson. (Family of 4) It’s 20 minutes away from convention center/ arena. The kitchen and bathroom has all your basic needs. Everything was clean and organized . Communication with the host was efficient . The couch does fold down into a bed but probably for someone on the smaller side . Stairs going up to the loft bed are steep. Our kids slept downstairs and husband and I slept upstairs . 」

「It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up...
