"I could not be more impressed with this hotel. I chose JW Marriot in Cusco to celebrate my successful proposal with my now fiance. This hotel absolutely blew our minds and surpassed any expectation we had for hotels! I now have a new standard for what a hotel should be. The property is perfect, it's so clean I would have no trouble eating off the floor and our room was fantastic. The spa is beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were superb. All that being said, the absolute best part of our stay here was the staff. Every single person we interacted with were kind, attentive, and went far above and beyond what we would expect from them. They seemed genuinely happy to do their job and i cannot praise the staff enough for makimg our celebration so wonderful and special. We will never forget our stay at this hotel. The only thing that we were a little sad about was that the massage staff was booked out through the weekend so we were not able to secure an appointment for a deep tissue massage after our grueling 8 day hike through the Andes. I suppose that might be because they are also great at their jobs like the rest of the staff. Thank you soooo much for an experience we will never forget!!"

"Great hotel in a safe and quiet area. Just minutes from shopping, the train station, the bus station, and many great restaurants. They met us at the train station, took our bags and led us right to the hotel. The breakfast was great in the morning. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. "Segunda vez q voy, esta vez fui con mi mami para pasar un tiempo juntas, fue un poco tedioso llegar al hotel x la carretera, no podíamos pedir delivery xq cambiaron las condiciones del hotel, si o si debes consumir en el restaurante del hotel o salir al centro a comer… la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento, pero la habitación estuvo impecable y las áreas comunes tienen bonita arquitectura "
