House has five bedrooms and a large patio for you to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of the home! Master bath with new Quartz Countertops, Double Sinks, Sunken Tub, & Shower Stall. Additional 3 Spacious Bedrooms, 1 Office Room, & Hall Bath. Beautiful New Waterproof Vinyl Flooring thru-out Downstairs. New Carpets on Second Level.

A spectacular private backyard, complete with mature trees, a large built-in swimming pool, and plenty of areas for play, dining, or fire-pit conversations!

Excellent schools within walking distance: Elk Grove High School, Kerr Middle School, and Markofer Elementary. Bike, walk or run on the many nearby trails. Close to a new casino, theater, restaurants, and many new stores such as Costco, Sephora, Best Buy, Old Navy, and much more!

Our home can accommodate up to 10 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, or tour, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Two-story house. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs (one-bathroom ensuite to master bedroom). 1 bedroom (can be used as an office) and 1 full bathroom downstairs.

We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during the summer season. (Pool is not heated)
- You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
