“CASA GRANDE” is a beautiful custom home, built in 2022, in the Country Club gated community. Sleeping 32 in beds, this 6 bedroom, 6 ½ bath will be perfect for the multi-family Frio River vacation. The open floor plan is spacious for large gatherings and the outdoor covered porch and outdoor kitchen areas are an extension for your enjoyment and entertaining. The pool has a built in hot tub that will be available 365 days a year. The perfect home for your Frio family vacation! The home has two master bedrooms, with their own bathroom. Additional rooms on the outside of the home giving you and your family the private entry to the rooms. The open floor plan is spacious for large gatherings with a large an outdoor island, and provides ample space for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor covered porch and outdoor area are an extension for your enjoyment and entertainment. There is a private pool and hot tub outside, there is the perfect fire pit, BBQ pit, and horseshoes available for your use while at “Casa Grande”. The pool can be heated at an extra cost during the winter, ask us about the additional charge at time of making the reservation. While enjoying your stay at Casa Grande up to 6 of your guests can enjoy a round golf each day of your stay. Now thorough May 31, 2026. Tee times will need to be booked prior to arrival.

Casa Grande is offering a great stay-and-play package with access to the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club, which is exciting for both golf enthusiasts and those looking for good value. Receive 6 rounds of golf each day of your stay. Compliments of the homeowner.


To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
