Great location, scenic view from the balcony, short walking distance to mount titlis rides and Engelburg train station. Not so great breakfast. Lady at reception was very helpful to accommodate our needs. Gent at the reception needs to work on his listening skills as he cut me while speaking when I tried explaining that we already parked and already had a parking tag and when we asked for a kettle, he generalized us and self assumed that we may use that to cook food, which we were not planning to. He may had bad experiences hence we understand .. otherwise a great location to stay.
