The room was spacious in the heart of Old Town Warsaw. Everything was within walking distance and the room was quiet facing the inside courtyard. The customer service was excellent, they offer breakfast if you wanted or walk down to the hundreds of cafes down the road to include McDonalds. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely fantastic location. Very attractive setting.
No bottled water in the rooms. Staff seemed polite but uninterested in extending themselves. The elevators only semi-functional/reliable.

Good Hotel, our 2nd night was not so good as a group of people stayed in the rooms opposite. They thought it was a good idea to sit drinking and talking loudly in one room until about 3:0am I did have ear plugs so I did manage to get to sleep. The other night was great. I think we were just unlucky ...
