「The house is situated on a beautiful lot with a man-made pond and apple orchards. The house itself is a little weary. Much of the furnishings are thrift store finds and could use some refreshing. We had issues with the WIFI right from the start and there is poor to no cellular service depending on where you are in the house. Communicating with a property management company was extremely frustrating as you are passed off from one representative to another as well as receiving multiple text...

「The living area is bigger than we expected, and we loved watching the horses next door. It's a short drive to downtown Rutland, and it's quiet. 」

「The house was beautiful, clean, and was above and beyond expectations. Location was perfect, right down the road from the ski lifts. Ed was an unbelievable host, super friendly, allowed us to use his work space and tools for our snowboards and gear, and made sure we were good all weekend. 10/10 stay will be returning in the future 」

「True ski in, 12 paces slight uphill to ski out. House was fine, no car port or garage although there is an exterior electrical plug if you need it. 」

「This place is perfect if you've got a few guys headed to the hill for a weekend. Location couldn't have been better. 3 minute drive to K1 and easy walking distance to multiple restaurant/bars. The house very clean and easy to access. Parking area is big enough for 3-4 vehicles no problem. We would definitely look for this place again in future trips.」
