Beautiful place, the pool could use a bit of an upkeep / refresh but otherwise, perfect and enjoyable. Grounds are very well kept and peaceful to walk through. Restaurant was great and convenient. Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms - not an overly big deal but if you’re planning to use it, important not to rely on it. Would stay again.

We arrived at the property at 8:30PM after a long day of boat, bus and air travel followed by drive down from Bari airport. Somewhat surely host demanded E40 “cash”on the spot for “late arrival” fee. The description of parking available in front of the property is false. All parking in font of property is reserved for permanent residents. Guests are on the own to search the town for a parking space. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom did not work at all the first night, and afterwards we realized the breaker was tripping, and after locating the box we had to reset multiple times each day.
