During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. "Great location , off street parking a plus. Clean bedding and towels . Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine ! Some decoration , furniture showing signs of wear and tear. . Pizza cutter and a bin in the bathroom would be good. Great for a short stay and communication from host fab ."

Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenagers, not a huge amount of living space for a bigger group though."

"Stayed for 1 night and everything was great. Hot tub was ready and hot for us as stated. The house was spotless and garden was tidy. Only fault i could find is that the bath plug doesn’t shut fully, but it’s also a shower so it doesn’t matter. The smallest bedroom out of the 3 had a bed and which was kinda like a camp bed so the edges were metal but it wasn’t an issue either really."
