「Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him.」

「Property was very nice - had everything we needed. The only issue was the musty smell that would not go away the entire time. We tried Lysol spray but since no one lives there and the place below street level I guess adds to the problem.」
