Settle into coastal comfort at this bright and breezy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of beautiful Rustico. Perfectly situated just minutes from PEI’s famous beaches, top golf courses, seafood restaurants, and family attractions, this inviting retreat offers the ideal blend of relaxation, convenience, and Island charm.

Step inside to a spacious main floor designed for easy vacation living. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island—perfect for preparing fresh Island seafood or enjoying breakfast together. A sunny dining area opens to a large covered deck, while the cozy living room creates a warm space to unwind. Around the corner, a separate TV room with a futon provides a great setup for movie nights or additional sleeping space. A convenient half bath completes the main level.

Upstairs, the king-sized master suite welcomes you with calming harbour views, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite with a soaker tub and separate shower—ideal for ending the day in total relaxation. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and includes a washer and dryer for guest use. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this Rustico retreat. The expansive covered deck offers space to grill, dine outdoors, enjoy morning coffee with a harbour breeze, or simply unwind while watching the sun set. A firepit provides the perfect spot for cozy evenings under the stars. While the home does not have air conditioning, the refreshing sea breezes circulate naturally throughout the warmer months, keeping the space cool and pleasant.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

With an ideal location, you’ll be close to some of PEI’s best beaches—all within 5–15 minutes—including North Rustico Beach, Brackley Beach (PEI National Park), and Cavendish Beach. Enjoy scenic strolls along the Rustico Harbour Boardwalk, book a deep-sea fishing charter just minutes away, or tee off at Glasgow Hills Golf Club. Cavendish is a quick 10-minute coastal drive, while Charlottetown is an easy 25 minutes away.
