An open, welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen and large island, a sunlit dining area that opens onto the covered deck, and a cozy living room. A separate TV room has a futon that pulls out for two (needed to reach the 8-guest maximum), and there's a half bath on this level.

UPSTAIRS
The king master suite has harbour views and a luxurious ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a washer and dryer in the closet, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

OUTDOORS
The expansive covered deck is the highlight: coffee with a water view, BBQ dinners at the patio set, and evenings around the firepit as the sun goes down.

GOOD TO KNOW
There's no air conditioning, but sea breezes and cross-ventilation keep things comfortable. The garage isn't accessible to guests.
