Hotel looks recently renovated. Only issue is there is no elevator for 2nd floor and it's outside access. We were traveling with people who had a hard time with stairs, but they quickly changed our rooms to first floor to accommodate us at no extra charge! Our rooms had smooth floors ( no carpet) ...

Bed and pillows were great! TV remote was TERRIBLE! Instructions for use didn’t help. Samsung remotes are not consumer friendly. Kitchen attendant was kind of rude. Juice was empty and was not fixing it.

This property was great for a multi-generational weekend getaway. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. I cannot recommend this location and hosts enough.
