"The overall cleanliness of the room was fine, but felt really outdated. Both of the beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on too. We tried both and slept on the softer of the two. We did have our pets with us and were glad we had this amenity."

"Had to stay in a pet friendly room as it was the only one left. To our surprise it was very clean. The only hint it was a pet friendly room was the hard floors instead of carpet. No smells and no issues. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and both were great experiences."

"Exceptional ground floor rental with no stairs and oh-so quiet. Vast apartment size. Two very comfortable king-bed en-suites with low threshold showers. Third half-bath at end of long hallway. Excellent laminate flooring with area rugs. Dining table and chairs are all highboy style, not standard. Refrig ice-maker a bit fickle, but does work. No in-sink garbage disposal. Bring your own foil/plastic wrap/bags. I stayed for a week, teaching at a local event. I stay in short term rentals frequently for work. This is among the very best that I have rented. I would definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed there for business the last 4 years and not one time have I had a complaint. I will continue to stay there every year. My television was not working and they responded quickly to get me one that was working. I also left a mirror and they mailed it to me. It isn't a "fancy" hotel but the friendliness and cleanliness all but makes up for any 5 star hotel. In my opinion it is 5 star!"
