「The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.」

However, the outdoors were somewhat dirty with trash laying all around the property (blue plastic pieces, pampers box, etc.) Also, a window was broken upon our arrival Friday at 3:15pm and we were not made aware of this. 「The rooms looked exactly like the photos, the house was very charming and welcoming feeling. Inside the house, and the hot tub, were clean and in working order. We appreciated all the small touches like soap, showering needs, dish-ware etc. The deck off the main bedroom was a nice little quiet getaway. The property was well taken care of, The fire pit was perfect for the cool nights and s’mores! The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Thanks from, two adults, three teenagers and the dog!」

The host was easy to reach, and the location was nice and quiet away from neighbors which was nice. It was easy to get to Sunday River just over 15 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was super nice, and firepit as well. 」
