Staff were so kind and helpful.

Pros: - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. - The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven, a gas-station convenience store, and Pizza Hut nearby. - Basic amenities were well prepared. - I could relax and smoke on the balcony, which was very nice. Cons: - I stayed in a corner room on the 7th floor, and even with the windows closed, the noise from the street sounded as if the window was open. - The doors of the toilet and shower room did not close properly. - I found a few small insects in the toilet and shower area, but I didn’t experience any itching while sleeping, and I didn’t see insects in other parts of the room.

何から何まで良かったです。朝食は何品食べても大丈夫だったので滞在中に色々試しましたがどれもおいしかったです。また部屋も綺麗でした。あとプールも良かった。スタッフもみんな英語ができてとても滞在中は楽しめました。

The staff were very kind and friendly. I appreciate their professional service. The only disappointing part was that there were small cockroaches in the room. One of them was walking on the bed sheet while I was trying to sleep, which made me feel uncomfortable. Since it is the rainy season, this might be something unavoidable.
