Lovely Condo

This is a lovely condo and is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is very well equipped. Internet and cable tv work great. Beds are good and the towels, etc. were nice too. I had a question for the owner, and she replied back quickly. The views off the back deck are fabulous with mountains, wild horses, elk and mule deer. And, the patio furniture is very comfortable. We like being close to town, etc and the location is great. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Condo

We stayed in this chic fabulous condo for four days. It is one of the nicest units on the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated to match the Ruidoso vibe. The beds are comfortable so plan on sleeping well. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed including shampoo and soap. There was plenty of seating in the living area. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. TV upstairs and down with provided cable, prime, and Netflix. Premium washer and dryer was very handy. The best part was the back porch. Seating for 6 with a fire pit, gas grill, and a secure railing. It was perfect to keep our grandbaby safe while we enjoyed the views. We saw numerous ELK and beautiful birds. The sunsets were amazing. It was a very peaceful and relaxing weekend and we cannot wait to go back.

My Heaven on Earth

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay at this lovely condo and our stay was simply delightful and very relaxing. We were thrilled to even get an up close and personal visit with the deers that hang on golf course early evenings. The condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, very clean and so comfortable! Truly our heaven on earth!!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo! Everything was clean and well stocked. It is in a great location; close to everywhere we wanted to go plus a quick walk to the cute golf clubhouse restaurant where they had live music.

Spring Break trip

This property was awesome. Clean, stocked and convenient. My wife is always hesitant when I book for vacations because she wants “extra clean” and modern conditions. This property exceeded her expectations- so “happy wife….” The location is perfect for shopping, easy access to ski area, restaurants and sight-seeing. On a side note - we were there for skiing and were very disappointed with Ski Apache - conditions, personnel and lack of any customer service. We have skied at Ski Apache previously and the mgmt of the ski area is really on a downhill decline (no pun intended). We would definitely rent this property again - but the next time it will be for golf as it won’t be to snow ski.

This property was awesome!! My kids loved the home, it was cozy and easy to get to. We were minutes away from downtown and lots of things to do. We enjoyed this home a lot and will look for it when we get back to Ruidoso!!

Furnished very well. Did realize it had stairs. But there was a bedroom down stairs for handicapped family member. Next time will rent a place without stairs. We are both in our eightlies

Nice condo, however, the coffee maker did not work, and we are all big coffee drinkers I reached out to the Property Manager & was told there was nothing they could do! So I had to go out and Buy a coffee maker!

Quick getaway

Condo is as listed. Location was great! Easy to access, few minutes to downtown, wildlife all around. Friendly neighbors. Gene was always available when I needed to communicate. Amenities were great! Definitely plan on being repeat visitors at this condo.

Very Nice

Great Place on the Golf Course

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, beautiful back patio with fire pit. Probably my favorite spot. The rooms upstairs got a little hot but opening the windows at night helped.
