「This is THE BEST hotel we stayed at in all of Albania. Incredible service and hospitality, room was new and beautifully designed. The price was so reasonable. We cannot recommend this place enough. The family running it has thought of everything, and the boys speak great English. Our only regret is not spending an extra night here.」

「到着時刻が遅かったにもかかわらず、笑顔で対応していただきました。また、晩御飯について相談した時にも、適切な助言をしてくれました。併設されたレストランの朝ごはんがとてもおいしかったです。受付のサービスは良く、ホテルをよくしたいという意気込みが感じられました。チェックアウトの際に『不満点はありましたか？』と聞かれたので、ホテルをよくすることに貢献できればと思い、すこし改善点をお話ししました。部屋にドライヤーが無くても、受付に行けば貸してくれます。初めて訪れた国で、心細かったですが、皆さん優しく対応してくれたので、とても助かりました。思い出に残りました。」

「Absolutely outstanding service from the host and his wife. They were lovely and helpful at every turn. Great restaurant recs and they let us park our car while we hiked for a few days. They were so friendly and happy to have a chat. I wish we could have stayed longer. 」

「Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well. The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large! Location was convenient for walking everywhere Would highly recommend this small boutique hotel...

「Localização excelente, em rua tranquila, segura e muito perto dos bares e restaurantes da zona de pedestres. Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho, bem limpos e com ar condicionado. Equipe da recepção extremamente atenciosa. Apesar de existir garagem subterrânea, esta é reservada para hóspedes que fazem passeios pela região e deixam o veículo no hotel. 「We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches. The area is still 」

「Service was impeccable, They are really helping and kind. Mainly we felt a mothers love in their morning breakfast. Will be back there.」

「We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.」
