"Very relaxing "

"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"The overall experience was great. Pierpaolo was really helpful ahead of and during our stay and went out of his way to help us. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. Zweckmäßige aber liebevolle antike Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Möbeln und Details, wir haben nichts vermisst. Frühstück in der Bar Giuseppe war inklusive und eine schöne Überraschung. Man bekommt Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransport, trotzdem könnte der steile Berg für manchen problematisch werden.Der Ort ist Bilderbuch-Italien mit liebenswertem lebendigen Ortskern. Es gibt...

"I agree with all previous reviews, a most beautiful house in a wonderful and very peaceful location. We enjoyed daily outings to Rome, Tivoli, Rieti, Ostia Antica and Farfa - coming back home to our lovely swimming pool. "Great location near parking garage. Andrea was amazing! Helped carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. He gave great advice on restaurants & area sites that were easier for those with mobility issues to navigate. Would definitely recommend"

"Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. Although it was very clean and the patio was huge, the safe did not work, the wifi did not work, the door did not lock properly, the pool did not even have water. In the morning we went down for breakfast but at 8:10 am they were already out of food. We had a 2 night stay booked but checked out and moved to another hotel."
