It was a nice house in beautiful setting. However, we were a little put off by the fake grass and the lack of privacy between the two bedrooms that shared one of the bathrooms. It would be better to have proper doors and not just jalousie doors. Other than that, it was really nice.

Villa les Olivettes is a roomy modern 3 bedroom detached property in a quiet residential development situated between Rousillon and St Saturnin les Apt, two pretty hill top villages in the idyllic Luberon. Yet it is only 10 mins from Apt, a characterful old town, with lots of modern amenities as well as a traditional and large Saturday market. The villa is spacious with good wi fi and a range of domestic facilities. The gardens and attractive pool are a delight being very private, quiet and screened by trees. There are various seating and dining areas around the property which provide both shade and sunshine all day, as well as a boules pitch. Julie and Cyril are very welcoming and attentive owners and all communication has been straightforward and prompt. We found plenty to do within a 30-45 minute drive and enjoyed exploring the region - from dramatic gorges to fields of lavender and vines. Equally, we appreciated days just chilling at the villa. Please note that the pool is not fenced off and is a uniform depth - I’m guessing about 4’ - but the grounds are fully secure with electric gates. A great stay!

Très belle villa comfortable et conforme aux photos, et qui contient tous ce dont on avait besoin pour notre séjour. Le jardin est sublime et nous avons adoré y passer du temps, soit au bord de la piscine ou sur le terrain de petanque. Le kiosque est juste parfait pour la méditation ou l'apéro dépendant de l'heure! Le lieu est 100% adapté aux jeunes enfants qui peuvent s'amuser tout autant que les adultes. Julie est une hôtesse d'une extrème gentillesse et très attentionnée. Nous recommandons la villa de Julie et Cyril et avons hâte d'y retourner !

A fantastic property that more than lives up to the photos. Great location for the major attractions in Luberon (Gordes etcs) and a perfect bolthole for relaxing, cooking, and soaking up the sun. Ultra-modern interior, well-appointed kitchen, great beedrooms, and a very warm welcome from Cyril and Julie. Could have spent the whole summer here.
