節約旅行には十分な環境です。
駅からは少し遠いですが歩けます。夜は少し寂しいかも。道路工事中でしたので、広くて綺麗になりそうです。　部屋は広くて安くて値段以上でした。湯舟があったのは嬉しかった。朝食は値段なり！です。　若者の節約旅行には良いでしょう。

Good location
Just 5min walk to the center of the town. The roomwas reasonably clean and staffs were friendly. Could have been better if the lift had been properly serviced, since it was very slow and noisy. Otherwise, I don’t have any complaint for the price.

中心部からは遠くはないが、外れにあり一人で夜遅くはあるきたくないと感じる地域だと思った。 ホテルはとても古くエレベーターで恐怖を感じた。 電気ケトルがあるのはいいが清潔感がなかったので使用に躊躇した。

旧市街に徒歩圏内
旧市街地より少し距離はあるが徒歩圏内といえる。駐車場もあり車でのアクセスも良い。建物は旧いが、部屋にはバスタブもあり快適、またWiFi接続も良好。

中心街から若干遠いので安い設定なのだと思いますが、部屋はヨーロッパのホテルとしては標準だと思います。朝食も普通でした。到着から出発まで、不快な思いは特にしませんでした。エレベーターの異音は少し気になりました。

最高のルーアン観光
非常にお安いホテルなのでどういうホテルでも我慢しようと思っていたのに、駅からタクシーで向かっても７ユーロとお安くてロケーションはルーアンの観光には非常にいい場所にあったことに驚きました。二泊したせいかホテルで一番いいお部屋（４０９号室）を下さったのかもしれませんが、部屋の窓からかカテドラルやセーヌ河がよく見えて最高のルーアン観光ができました。

受付の対応は良かった。 HERTZの車にトラブルがあったが、親切にHERTZの場所を教えてくれた。 サービスのお水、湯沸かし器もあった。

I was worried by some negative reviews here but this place is actually quite nice. Undergoing a complete repaint inside and out when I stayed. I found a place which is obviously striving to be the best it can become and it is right in the centre of the city. My room was very quiet and I will be using this hotel on my next visit to Rouen.

Une nuit, pas plus
Arrivés en journée afin de nous reposer en vue d'une sortie prévue le soir, nous avons subit les nuisances sonores de travaux tout l'après-midi. Ces mêmes bruits ont repris dès 8h30 le lendemain. Nous aurions aimé en être informés avant notre séjour. Concernant la chambre, en état convenable de prime abord. Plusieurs détails nous ont néanmoins un peu gêné: une odeur très présente un peu déplaisante , une des lampes murales de chevet qui ne tient plus, des restes de scotch au plafond, des poils sur le rebord de la baignoire, le socle du pommeau de douche cassé, le mitigeur complexe à manier, le lavabo bouché nous obligeant à évacuer l'eau de lavage de main et de dents par la baignoire, des traces de moisissure au plafond dans la douche (en cas d'allergie c'est très gênant) ... Ces détails cumulés nous font nous dire que nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas dans cet hôtel, malgré un accueil chaleureux.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est très bien, accueillant, souriant, à l'écoute. Mais le propriétaire devrait faire des travaux. Encore de la moquette dans les couloirs ! Les peintures sont à refaire couloirs et chambre. Et la salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment vétuste, tout est à refaire, changer le mobilier.

Hôtel sale, literie HS depuis des années probablement, poussière sur les murs en quantité plus que suspect. Sans compter l'odeur de la salle commune qui nous a fait renoncer à prendre un p'tit déj sur place. A fuire.

La douche est défectueuse, la tête du robinet a été enlevée. Le chauffe eau était allumée sans eau depuis un certain temps. Le matin, les portes claquent très fortes (système porte pas terrible). A part ces défauts plutôt techniques, le service du personnel est agréable. Avant de partir, j'ai informe de ces défauts a la réception et j'espère que cela pourra vous servir.

Ein richtiger Buchungsfehler ist diese Unterkunft sicherlich nicht, aber sie liegt an vor allem abends zeitweise sehr lauten Straßen (grosse Motorräder!) und der Frühstücksraum ist insgesamt doch etwas schäbig und abgenutzt.

Hotel close to river and city centre.
The staff were very helpful and professional, the lift was new and the breakfast was of a reasonable quality and good choice. However the hotel required a lot of TLC and needed refurbishment particularly in the hallway and rooms/bathrooms.
