The staff was really very good, one staff member only knew French and when I asked about the breakfast he changed our regular breakfast to the gormand option and we were charged 11.50 € extra. The rooms were very very small. We opted for the 9 square meters room. Hopefully the 12 square meters room is slightly bigger. I would suggest getting that. The breakfast was nice but the guy who runs the place is extremely rude. He’s the rudest person my wife and I have ever met in any restaurant. That man should be immediately fired.

The hotel is in a very good location, with everything nearby and easy access to the main areas of Nice. However, the overall experience does not match the price, as it feels too expensive for the level of service provided. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and there is no staff available to assist guests or handle issues when needed. In addition, there is no 24-hour lobby or reception, which can be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals or unexpected situations. Overall, the location is excellent, but the service and guest support need significant improvement to justify the price.
