"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "An sich schöne Unterkunft, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Was leider meine Nacht stark gedrückt hat sind die sehr harten unbequemen Matratzen und es war an dem Tag unaushaltsam heiß in dem Zimmer so dass ich kaum zur Ruhe gekommen bin."

"Absolute Wohlfühloase, traumhaftes Interieur, hochwertige Möbel, super Saunen, Pools, Garten und Fitnessbereich. Schöne, hochwertige Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Drinks - einzig beim Abendessen hätte man noch kulinarisch eine Schippe drauf legen können - hier also ausbaufähig. Das Hotel ist aber für eine entspannte Spa-Auszeit trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber, Betten gut. Schlecht war heute morgen. Putzhilfe beginnt 7.30 Uhr im Flur mit saugen, 8.00 klopft sie an meine Türe und öffnet sie fast gleichzeitig. 10.00 Uhr musste ich erst das Zimmer verlassen. Sehr schlechtes Timing "
