"We only sleep here and got up and left by 3:30 in the morning. The bed was very comfortable!!"

"Room was fair. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Contacted office and was instructed to cut on exhaust fan in the bathroom. He said it must be coming from someone in another room and that the rooms were all connected, whatever that means. Hot breakfast was the same every morning. By that I mean sausage patties, what looked like flat round egg patties, biscuits and gravy. No alternating or choice of bacon,scrambled eggs. Did have cereal, muffins, waffles etc., and of course beverages. It’s located in what someone said was the good part of town, a little farther out than I had thought or wanted to be from my actual destination, but I wasn’t very familiar with all the areas that have grown since I was a kid. The guy in the room next door had a car that the security system kept going off. About the third time it went off, I looked out the door and he was out there and told me his car was sensitive. He said he usually goes outside with his gun when the alarm goes off. I wasn’t sure if he was an extended resident there or not. Oh well. If you are looking for a fair place to lay your head and no bells and whistles, then this is the place for you."

"Lovely home, thoughtfully appointed and set up for guest enjoyment. Lily is great to work with. The only downside that can’t be changed is the location on a sometimes busy, loud road. Otherwise, it’s perfect! "

"We were in Clarksville for a family wedding. The open floor plan downstairs provided the opportunity for us to do some cooking and baking for family events, while catching the Olympics on TV. There was a lot of information for our stay online with our welcome package."

"This was my second time staying here. Very close to my friends. The house is perfect for my needs. Kitchen is stocked and bed is comfortable. "

"Location of the property was perfect for visiting family we were there to see for the holiday.Cleanliness of the property was not up to par. Toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom when lifted was dirty and the master toilet bowl was not cleaned. Under the couch were crumbs and bottle tops and lots of dust..I had to grab one of Maxie's toys so I noticed that this had not been cleaned in some time. It would have been nice to have a toaster and a dish towel in the kitchen. I emptied any garbage we had and would have replaced the bag in the trash can but there was only a empty box under the sink. There was no laundry detergent to do any wash so I purchased some to do our laundry and washed all the towels before we left. I washed our bedding and on our way out. By the way the master bed top sheet has a blood stain on it.Overall the townhouse if very comfortable and as I said the location was perfect for everyone we were there to see and after traveling there for years to visit family I'm very familiar with the area.
