Unterschiedliche hochpreisige gastronomische Angebote. Preis-Leistung jedoch nicht angemessen. Die Preise sind von Unterkunft bis Parkplatz überteuert und liegen sogar über den Preisen des Westin in Hamburg. Zudem sind die Zimmer hellhörig und bis spät in die Nacht gibt es Schiffsverkehr mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse

Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen. Man sieht direkt vom Zimmer oder der Terrasse aus die Kreuzfahrtschiffe unmittelbar vorüberziehen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm geräumig, gediegen eingerichtet und mit maritimen Details individuell gestaltet.Klasse war der Vorhang zum abtrennen des Schlafbereichs. Hier ist der tägliche Zimmerservice noch selbstverständlich und die Zimmerbar gefüllt. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten im Haus gehören der ausgedehnte SPA und die gut gemixten Drinks am Abend bei der Barmusik. Nicht unerwähnt sollte das überaus üppige Frühstück bleiben. Da blieb kein Wunsch offen. Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen des Hauses. Bis bald.
