"Schon beim betretten des Hostel lag ein unangenehmer Geruch im Gebäude. Im Zimmer haben sich die Tapete und Böden gelöst und die Einrichtung war kaputt oder nur notdürftig repariert worden. Auf den Toiletten gab es nur kaltes Wasser und die Duschen waren vor ekel nicht betretbar. "
