「We all loved the covered deck. Perfect for catching up, playing games and enjoying the fireplace. We didn’t expect rain all weekend but it didn’t matter. Plenty of space throughout the house. We’d definitely recommend to others. The grand finale was a visit by a huge mama bear and her three cubs. Could not have scripted it any better. 」

「Excellent experience overall! The home was outstanding with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Multiple outdoor seating areas allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful weather each afternoon and evening. Very quiet and peaceful. The host communication was excellent with quick responses and offers to assist with anything during our stay. This was one of the best experiences in our years of hiking trips to western NC. 「This is our 4th (maybe 5th) time staying at what my kids call "The round house". The location, cleanliness and personality of this home can not be beat in Brevard. Whenever we stay here (either for the Banff Music Fest in the spring or Mountain Song in the fall) we make sure to walk to the farmers market on Saturday.
