Located in the town of Roses, in the north-east of Spain, the villa 'Casa con Vistas al Mar Costa Bra' offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey villa is 65 square meters in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine as well as a satellite television.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, is also available for your use.

The beach Platja de Canyelles Petites is just 4 minutes away by car (1.4 km). An array of restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets can all be reached in under 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot (1 km). The nearest airport, Aéroport Sud de France Perpignan, is just over the French boarder and can be reached in an hour and a 15 minutes by car (83 km).

Für Kind und Hund eine tolle Gegend um sich zu bewegen und alles zu erkundschaften. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war immer freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Vanaf parkeerplek auto naar voordeur is 106 traptreden, dat is best pittig. Roses is wel geweldig, leuk centrum, schitterende baai'n. Eigenaren zijn geweldig. Goede overdracht van zaken, sleutels, snelle communicatie over mail en App, behulpzaam. Na aanslagen Barcelona (08-2017) wilde ze weten hoe het met ons ging!
