"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "On our arrival the farmhouse was clean spacious and the owners had been in and ensured that the house was also warm and cosy for our arrival. The house had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. We had an enjoyable time. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the place for you. "Great place to stay. We used it as a base to explore highland as a family with small children. Phil's House was finished to a really high standard and it had everything we needed. Particularly liked the massive foyer and drying room as it made storing paddleboards/canoes and wetsuits really easy. Also managed to see the northern lights and the view of night sky was amazing as there's so little ambient light around!"
