"The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel were great."

"This is a new hotel and is very nicely designed. The staff was great! The room was wonderful, except for the blinking light in the heat/AC (which negated the GREAT blackout blind on the window). The shower had low pressure and very little warmth - but wasn't freezing cold. We plan to stay here many times in the future."

"We drove pass Columbus OH twice in the past 5 years, and both times we stayed in this hotel. In my opinion, this is the best 3-star (or 3.5 star) hotel I've ever been all around the country. Very clean and spacious room, modern and very well maintained, very nice breakfast. Safe surroundings, and close to Easton Town Center (lots of food and shopping opportunities)."

"This particular Extended Stay is not well taken care of. The first room I was given, was barricaded by the extra bed upside down and blocking the entrance. The second room was OK. No water stopper in the bathroom sink, glad I didn't drop my earring in there. Thermostat is too hot and loud even though I put it on 72F."
