"I booked an executive room and ended up regretting for the cleanness. Cutting need to be replaced ( smell really bad), I was overcharged for the mini bar that I didn’t even touch. Staff was rushing me out at the check in. Valley parking prices should be posted online."

"I made the trip for the wrong weekend by accident and the hotel never responded when I inquired about changing the date and I lost my money.. Long story short i stay at the Harborside a lot but from here on out i will not be choosing Harborside."

The only thing I truly didn't like was that I requested a placard to hang on my door, because I don't like anyone coming into my room during my stay. So I always request 2 beds.
