Amazing hotel! Extraordinary service… and loved our accommodations. Highly recommend!

Everything about the hotel was very nice in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms, but my major issue with the hotel is related to the opaqueness of how incidentals are billed, the nonexistant invoice or bill that has yet to materialize after 3-4 days following the stay is very disappointing. I was charged an arbitrary $18 in terms of incidentals with no transparency about what this charge constitutes. Then there is the mysterious $100 hold in addition to the $18 junk fee with no clear information as to what this fee represents. I tried emailing Marriott and this local hotel, but there has been a dearth of any response as of yet as to geting a copy of a bill that should have been sent within an hour following check-out. I likely will not patronize any Marriott properties in the near future due to these unclear billing practices when it comes to incidentals.
