Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. Unica nota; la colazione, per quanto molto buona, non offre cibi salati (formaggio, prosciutto...) Tuttavia il rapporto qualità prezzo resta sicuramente positivo."
