A perfect get away in Tuscany close to Cinque Terre

"Mirella und Francesco sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie hielten sich dezent zurück, waren aber gleichzeitig sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Das Anwesen ist super für eine große Gruppe wie die unsere: 14 Erwachsene und 10 Kinder von 1 bis 15. Da der Pool an die Terrasse angrenzt, hatte man immer die jüngeren Kinder im Blick. Das war ein großer Pluspunkt. Mirella hat uns ein tolles Abschiedsessen zureitet - unbedingt empfehlenswert! Der Rotwein von Francesco war dazu die perfekte Ergänzung. Die gut ausgestattete Küche im EG wurde für unsere gemeinsamen Abendessen genutzt, im ersten Stock wurde für alle das Frühstück zubereitet. Hat alles super geklappt. Unbedingt auch das Gasthaus am Ende der Straße probieren, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Mirella und Francesco."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The Stone House is just beautiful and as there Are many areas for the bed rooms there is enough Space Even for larger groups. Also eben if it is Hot outside, it is chill Inside and we could Sleep very good!The view (especially sitting in the large Pool) is just breathtaking!The kitchen provides everything you need for cooking great dinners!The nearest Small supermarket is just 8minutes per car Away and provides almost Everything!Also there are four bathrooms which is luxury!We are planning to come back and thanks for the friendly communication!"

"The villa was lovely with outstanding views and an excellent heated pool. It is remote but we enjoyed that and found plenty to do nearby, drove further up into the mountains to look at the lakes and villages, drove to Lucca for the day which was amazing and parked right outside the walls, went to Equi Terme the caves were closed but the village is quirky and we could still walk right up to the cave entrance. Spent quite a lot of time just at the villa enjoying the views and the pool. All the bedrooms had a fan which was much appreciated in the heat and a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating outside. Ate inside one evening due to a thunderstorm and as a previous review said it is a little cramped for a family of 5 but nothing to worry about. Track upto the villa is steep but again nothing to worry about for the average driver. The views make up for the effort as they are truly incredible. Would love to return."

"Unser Aufenthalt in Borsigliana war traumhaft. Das komplett renovierte, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt (moderne Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, toller Aussenbereich mit Plunge-Pool zum Abkühlen, schöner Terassenbereich zum Sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen und eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umgebenden Berge). Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kräutergarten mit Rosmarin, Minze, Salbei, Oregano, etc. Unsere Gastgeber Marta und Roberto waren sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar mit vielen tollen Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und Tipps für Restaurants und die Kommunikation per WhatsApp oder persönlich einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich, man hört nur die umliegenden Wälder, die Kirchglocken und ab und zu mal einen Hund oder Traktor. Die zum Ferienhaus führende Straße ist relativ schmal, war aber für unseren VW Touran geeignet. Zum nächsten Supermarkt benötigt man ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund da und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir wünschen Marta und Roberto alles Gute für die Zukunft und viel Erfolg für ihre weiteren Vorhaben. Sollte uns der Weg nochmals in die Toskana führen, kommen wir gerne wieder!"

"If you do not speak Italian, it is useful to know how to speak some Italian. The people are very kind and lovely, but it’s helpful to know Italian language. The setting is beautiful and food is delicious at the restaurant. The accommodations are clean, nice. I would return to the place and stay again. It is peaceful and relaxing."

"Very comfortable bed, clean room and renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with several choices from meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, cereals and yogurt. "If you’re looking for the perfect escape from the noise and chaos of city life, look no further. This place is simply outstanding in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, the Stefano was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly showed us around, walked us through all the details, and made sure we felt completely at home. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and truly makes all the difference. The location itself is breathtaking. It’s peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature. It’s exactly the kind of place that recharges your soul. I do want to address some reviews mentioning a “bumpy road” to get here, honestly, I disagree. Yes, the road is winding, but it is absolutely manageable and easy to drive at a relaxed pace. Don’t let that discourage you for even a second! And the breakfast? Oh my, it was incredible. We’re talking eggs, delicious salami and hamon, fresh warm buns, and great coffee. A proper, hearty morning meal that sets the tone for a wonderful day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 10 out of 10 - we’ll definitely be back!"
