「Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.」

My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!」

「This a a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Natchez. It is very convenient to downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment. We walked everywhere we went including on a guided ghost tour. The building retains its charm with tall ceilings, elaborate woodwork, and antique furniture. I only wish I would have had time to enjoy sitting out on the lovely veranda.」

「Lovely, clean hotel. The problem i had was the noise. I had a wonderful view of the river and the bridges but I heard every loud car, truck, motorcycle and siren. The staff was very accommodating and gave me a room facing the opposite direction. That room had a damp feeling. Assuming from the AC. And during the week there is not much for breakfast. They put out a few Nutragrain bars, coffee , water. Bare minimum. They save the larger services for the weekends. Staff was excellent, property...

「This property is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. One of the two elevators was broke, the ice machine on floor two was broken and our bed needs to be replaced. I compare this hotel to the one we stayed in at Gulfport. It just doesn’t measure up. Staff was very accommodating. They got us extra chairs for our room as the room only comes with one chair. They accommodated extra towels when needed. But I did notice some of the staff seemed very old and we caught one of them hiding in a...

「The hotel was older and showed it. The wait person at breakfast was fascinating. He made me a decaf coffee even though the management told him not to. There was very little business in the hotel.」
