Welcome to our modern studio in Aguadulce, the perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation on the Almería coast. This cozy and stylish space is designed for maximum comfort and functionality, offering a relaxing environment to enjoy the region’s beauty. Inside, you'll find a bright, open-plan kitchen seamlessly connected to the living area, fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The bedroom is designed for relaxation, with a double bed and fresh linens, while the modern bathroom offers a spacious shower. A standout feature of this studio is the private terrace, boasting stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. This outdoor space is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply soaking in the picturesque sunsets. Step outside and take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby beaches, with Aguadulce Beach just a nine-minute walk away and Los Bajos Beach only 2.7 kilometers from the property. These long, golden sandy beaches offer crystal-clear waters and amenities for a perfect day by the sea. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a seasonal outdoor pool with a terrace, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is close to the lively marina, offering water sports and local restaurants serving regional cuisine. The port of Almería is 11 kilometers away, with Almería Airport just 20 kilometers from the property. Our Aguadulce studio is an excellent base to discover the vibrant coastal town and its surrounding attractions, promising a sunny, sea-filled adventure filled with relaxation and exploration.

Lovely property and surrounds. Excellent support on arrival, modern apartment, compact, balcony, sea view, south facing, walkable to the beach and along the front, easy to find parking directly outside. Will definitely recommend.
