Welcome to this modern studio in Aguadulce, the perfect coastal retreat for a relaxing getaway. Designed for comfort and style, it features a bright open-plan kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a cozy living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a bedroom with a double bed and fresh linens. The contemporary bathroom includes a spacious shower for convenience. A highlight of this studio is the private terrace with stunning Mediterranean Sea views—ideal for morning coffee, reading, or enjoying picturesque sunsets. Step outside to explore the nearby beaches: Aguadulce Beach is just a nine-minute walk, while Los Bajos Beach is 2.7 km away. Both offer golden sands, clear waters, and amenities for a perfect seaside day. This stylish studio combines comfort, modern amenities, and a prime location, making it an ideal base to enjoy the beauty of the Almería coast, relax, and soak up the sun. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a seasonal outdoor pool with a terrace, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is close to the lively marina, offering water sports and local restaurants serving regional cuisine. A utilities & service fee of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

Lovely property and surrounds. Excellent support on arrival, modern apartment, compact, balcony, sea view, south facing, walkable to the beach and along the front, easy to find parking directly outside. Will definitely recommend.
