Beautiful villa with heated pool and jets, offering stunning sea views for up to 8 people (more upon request), located in Les Issambres, Gulf of St. Tropez, just an 8-minute walk from the beaches. Ideal for year-round holidays thanks to the heated pool and sauna (extra charge). The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet.

Also includes a jacuzzi, BBQ and fireplace.

Beaches and restaurants are within an 8-minute walk. The St. Raphaël-St. Tropez bus stop is an 8-minute walk away. San Peire/St. Aygulf is a 5-10 minute drive. The Ste. Maxime and St. Raphaël train stations are 20-30 minutes away. St. Tropez and Cannes are accessible by boat or car in 20-35 minutes. Nice Airport is 50 minutes away.
