The house is equipped with a camera. Single-family house "Le Beauregard". In the district of La Petite Afrique, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Aygulf, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 1'850 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated, fenced (4 x 10 m, depth 160 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt water. Boules, parking (for 4 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 600 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "les Mouettes" 350 m, railway station "Fréjus" 8 km, sandy beach "La Gaillarde" 600 m, park "Areca" 3 km, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 300 m. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sailing school 8 km, tennis 3 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Lunapark 7 km, Frejus 9 km, Saint-Raphael 10 km, Ste Maxime 13 km, Saint-Tropez 27 km, Cannes 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 150 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de St Cassien 45 km, Lac du Du Verdon 90 km. Upper floor: office. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position, large terrace 60 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the sea. Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Tolles und top renoviertes Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über das Meer. Sehr schöner und uneinsehbarer Pool. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass im Außenbereich inklusive der Terrasse und des Pools mehrere große Überwachungskameras installiert waren.
