Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facing south-west (quite cool in the summer), it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view;
- a furnished terrace;
- a beautiful shared pool, open from May to September from 9 am to 7 pm;
- a tennis court;
- a petanque court.

You will particularly appreciate its freshness and calm (because sea side).

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: TV, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. /Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

A single mattress is available, which you can put on the floor.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

It should be noted that there is free public parking at the bottom of the apartment and other places in the residence.
