"The front desk staff was so welcoming & helpful. They had the office smelling so nice & it was decorated so cute for Christmas. The room was spacious, smelled good & was clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, two couch seats & the two beds. The parking lot is pretty small & if you’re on the side by Marsha Sharp freeway there isn’t parking by your room. You have to park in the middle section & walk around the building to get to your room. The walls are kind of thin so...

"My family and I stayed in this beautiful home while visiting Lubbock for my daughter's graduation events. Our two night stay in this house was comfortable, convenient, and met all our expextations. The home is located a short drive from TTU, in a quiet and beautiful country side neighborhood. The patio and pool area, totally relaxing and amazing. Communication with the home owner was excellent. I definitely recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again."

"Overall it met most of our needs. We were in Lubbock for law school graduation and lots of family joined us. The living room was a great gathering place. The kitchen needs mixing bowls. The rest of the kitchen was well stocked and it was handy to have a bit of oil we could use in a pinch. I was happy to leave a few spices behind to add to the available ones. The house was lacking hangers. The beds are very, very comfortable in fact I’d love to know the make/model so we can replace one of ours...

"We had a larger group in town for my daughters graduation. The house was very conveniently located to Texas Tech. The home was clean, including the hot tub. Plenty of towels and hot water for us all, beds were comfortable, check in and communication was great. The game room was a sweet bonus and we all enjoyed a few old school games.
