「Great location, clean and friendly staff.」

「I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

「A very comfortable, functional, convenient and modern place to stay in the hills and vineyards near Bolzano. Friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast. A great place to overnight or stay a few extra days.」

「Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

「部屋がとても綺麗で、広く、快適に滞在させてもらうことができました！1kmくらい歩いたところに夜も営業しているショッピングモールがあり、食事に困りません。歩いて400mくらいに、ジムもあります。ボルツァノに来る時は、また泊まりたいです。」

「レセプションエリアも広く綺麗で好印象です。 ただ客室が多い割にエレベーターは２機だけで、エレベーターホールはいつも人だかりでした。結局、多くの場面で４階まで非常階段を利用しました。 部屋も清潔そうですが、先客の体毛などがあり、あまり良い印象ではありませんでした。 レセプションやレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。」

「Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help」

「オリンピックのスキージャンプ観戦の拠点として利用しました。静かな避暑地といった街のなかにあり、都会のホテルと違って、お部屋も広く期待以上に快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。 バイキング形式の朝食は、種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。」

「The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us.」

「Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Zimmer bereits vor dem eigentlichen Check in beziehen. Auch die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher und geschützt unterstellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.」
