Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Bad

The first day the door didn't opened . It is mold in the room and it smells gross it isn't clean . The location of the apartament is situated in a bad area with trash. Also in the corners of the room were spiders. We moved in another apartment because it was unsupportable to stay there.
