staff is nice to support my stay. however, new or used towels which i am no sure, were discarded on the bath room floor and usb outlet was broken so that oli couldn’t get my iphone recharged. a cleaning lady got into my room without any knocks on the door in the morning.

テルミ二駅から近く滞在に便利
ホテルはきれい、アメニティもクオリティがよく、何よりフロントの方が好意的ですごく気持ちがよかった。 朝ごはんの種類はほどほど。 レイアウトが悪く取りたいものがなかなか取れない感じだった。 部屋はスーツケースを開けることはできないほどの大きさ。 今回は小さな旅行バッグだったのでよかったが大きなスーツケースなら面倒だったな、と感じた。 ホテルのロケーションはいいが、周りの環境がテルミニ駅に近いからか、治安に不安は感じた。 周りにお店も多く、滞在には便利だった。

清潔感溢れる素晴らしいホテル
テルミニ駅に近く、とても便利な立地でした。 ローマの道路は石畳でスーツケースを運ぶのは難しいので、駅近のホテルが不可避です。 このホテルはロビーや朝食会場、お部屋がとってもセンスよく、清潔感に溢れてました。 毎日の掃除もきちんとされています。部屋は写真のまんまでした。 アメニティはシャンプーとコンディショナーとバスソープしかなく、歯ブラシやナイトローブなどはありませんのでご注意ください。 タオルはあります。 部屋は狭いですがスーツケースを2つ広げる余裕はあります。 観光に出る人が多いと思うので、寝るだけならなんの問題もありません。 朝食は品数は多かったですがホットミールは私にはイマイチでした。パンなどはおいしかったです。 また、従業員はみなさん笑顔でとっても気持ちよかったです。 値段を考えるとコスパはいいと思います。

立地の良いモダンで快適なホテル
テルミニ駅に近く、地下鉄へも歩いて行ける便利な立地。ホテルは新しく、外の騒音は気にならなかった。エレベーターもタッチ式で新しいが、手前に階段が数段ある。部屋は大きく快適なベッドと、ソファが置いてあり、広さも十分だった。大きい画面のTV、ミニ冷蔵庫、机、椅子、ポットなど快適に過ごせるものがちゃんと揃っている。洗面台は部屋内にあり、バスルームはトイレとシャワーのみ。広さも十分。ティッシュ、アメニティなどは無く、オールインワンソープのみ。 スタッフは感じは良いが、少し気が利かず、のんびりした印象。早めに行くと、まだ部屋が準備出来ていないかもしれない。残念だったのはバスルームが少し臭いがした点と、朝食のホットミールの味がイマイチだった事。

快適に安全に5日間を過ごすことができました。ローマテルミナ駅に近く他の都市への日帰り旅にも便利でした。受付、食堂のスタッフは誰も笑顔にあふれこちらの要望を喜んで受け入れてくれました。

新しく綺麗なホテルです。テルミニ駅から徒歩で６分ぐらいで便利でした。シャワーのお湯が熱く,温度調整が難しいです。

I would stay at this hotel again. It is very clean. It has wonderful service and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is near the train station and it is a good location

It is good overall. They have stairs at the entrance that makes it really difficult to carry your baggages. I left on a Sunday, so there was no one available to help. Having back issues didn't help me neither. So, heads up in case you are bringing a heavy luggage.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, der Empfang war super freundlich. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man unterwegs benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent breakfast and really good service. I highly recommend this hotel. The station is a quick 5 min walk. There are many convenience shops and a laundromat 2-3 mins away so this location was perfect for our 5 day stay.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good and rooms very clean, modern and comfortable. Last day here we went to La Famiglia restaurant which is a 2 minute walk and had a really good meal- best of the trip.

We had such a wonderful stay here with my husband and 7-month old daughter. The room was well-sized, clean and quiet. The staff were incredible, especially the gentleman at breakfast - they made us feel so welcomed and were so helpful and accommodating with our little one. What a warm place to stay. We loved it!

Fantastic hotel - service was top tier and they couldn't have been any more accommodating. The manager was lovely and even happy for us to wait in reception for a while after we'd checked out as we had some time befire our flight and it was too hot to be walking about with cases! A special mention for Buboka and his friendliness at breakfast - my nephew was always happy to see him and he was just lovely 10/10 will stay again
