とてもキレイで、部屋も広く、アメニティもですがスリッパがあったのが嬉しかったです！ バスタブもあり旅で疲れた身体はとても癒されました。海外のホテルでよくあるシャワーのお湯が外へ漏れることもなく、ストレスフリー。 ただ、外の工事の後？が夜中にとてもよく聞こえてきて、防音の点でマイナス。スタッフさんも悪くないが普通でした。 が、ホテルの部屋のつくりとしてはイタリアで1番よかったです！

テルミニ駅から男性が歩いて7-8分の距離にあり、観光施設へのアクセスにも便利だと思います。ただ、道が石畳の所が多いので女性がスーツケースを持っての移動は少し大変かも。　GSKが地元のお医者さん向けにVZVの勉強会を開いていたので、地元でも割と良いホテルなのだと思います。　モーニングは、オープンテラスもあって味も量も満足できると思います。　アメニティも外国には珍しく、歯ブラシ等も付いています。　日本人にとってはバスタブがないのが唯一の欠点かも。　スイートは割と広いので、値段の差が少なければスイートがお勧めです。

まず部屋が一階でびっくり ルームキーが壊れていて、毎回試すが 毎回フロントに言って開けてもらっていた、あり得ない。 言っても部屋も交換してくれない。3泊したが、二日目はミニタオルがなかったり、メインのフロントスタッフではない方々の態度が悪い。 夜はフロント側の部屋だったせいか、客の声がかなり響いてきたし とにかく不満。 なぜこのホテルが評価が高いのか理解できない　 どこが四つ星ホテルですかという感じ

清潔で快適な空間
ホテル内の共用スペース、お部屋ともに非常に綺麗で清潔感があります。お部屋は1人利用にはもったいないくらい広々とした作りでした。 また、イタリアのホテルは直立型の狭いシャワーブースが多い中で、シャワースペースが広くとってありストレスなく過ごせました。 家族や友人と複数人で泊まる際も快適に過ごせるホテルだと思います。 ※ホテルフロントに清潔なお手洗いがありとても助かりました。

The property was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The only problem was there are no enclosures for the shower so you had to be very careful not to spray water outside the shower. There were plenty of coffee shops and lunch spots within walking distance. The restaurant was excellent.

The most spacious room we’ve had in our travels in Italy. Clean and modern. Our room placement was a bit unfortunate as there was a lot of indoor foot traffic past it in the mornings that could be a bit loud, but overall a nice and comfortable place to stay, in a great location.

I would've given this hotel a higher score; however, there was mold/water damage in my bathroom and insects crawling around (silverfish). I hate how this hotel also nickel/dimes for their amenities (e.g. 9 extra euros to use the gym and very high price to do laundry). Overall, would be a five star hotel if they clean up these items and didn't nickel & dime their customers.

The rooms are very nice and clean. All amenities are furnished. The staff are excellent and always willing to help to make your stay comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is convenient with great food. This is the second time I stayed at the Hive and I would highly recommend.

Having to pay to use the gym no iron or microwave available they have a steamer if you have it more than 1 hour there’s a fee for that. Elevators where down Breakfast was very sub par and expensive for what we received.

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, las fotografías son de los espacios que fueron remodelados ya que no todo el hotel está restaurado. No está mal, pero se esperaba más, también te cobran un extra, el cual no está mencionado en la tarifa que pagas al principio.

We arrived at the hotel, but they told us to come the next day because there were no rooms. When we complained, the manager came out and gave us a room that was smaller than the room we booked. We did not receive VIP access.

The hotel is overall good. There was good amount of noise from the adjacent room whole night. The floor plan of the rooms is not good. It was difficult to find the lift, room, etc.

Very modern and clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and the check-in was easy. Spa facilities on site were good. The hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to the collosem and other local attractions. Overall a great stay. Would recommend.
