The newly renovated apartment, located next to the Pantheon, is located on The apartmen is at the 2nd floor of a 17th century building with lift and concierge, very quiet as it overlooks an internal courtyard: ideal for sleeping late.
The apartment, very spacious (97m2), is on 2 floors and inside there is a wooden staircase.
The apartment is equipped with superior quality linen and courtesy kit, and, upon request, where possible, the needs of guests are met to ensure the best comfort.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
1) a double living room with corner sofa, dining table and study corner with desk (55" smart TV, Alexa and WiFi); there are 2 windows;
2) a separate kitchen with a window; in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with new appliances, you will find a breakfast table with stools and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
1) double bedroom with King size bed1 (200 x 180) divisible into two single beds on request; in this bedroom there is also a safe with an electronic device with a personalized code. There is a window.
2) separate walk-in closet;
3) a second bedroom with a single bed (200x90) and armchaire bed (190x80) and with a window;
4) a bathroom with a new (built February 2024) walking shower and with window .
Access to the bedrooms is with an internal step.
Children are welcome guests: one child up to 3 years old in parents' bed stays for free; upon request it is possible to add a cot with changing table for baby or small bed for children (3 years old) for 20 euros a day (including sheets and towels and wet wipes).
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps. The heating is also centralized.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels (shower towel, shower mat, face and bidet) - bathroom kit (shower, shampoo, cap, bar of soap, slippers for adults, toothbrush and vanity set) - kitchen kit (soaps, gloves , humidified placemats, tea towel, paper napkins and accessories and crockery) - for cooking (salt, sugar, oil) and savory and sweet gifts: water/coca cola, wine, savory/sweet biscuits).
In the immediate vicinity, there are some of the most important squares and archaeological areas of the city: Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Portico d'Ottavia (Jewish quarter), archaeological area of the Fori Imperiali and Largo Argentina. In the immediate vicinity there are the most famous Roman restaurants and ice cream parlors, but also clothing shops and a grocery for daily essentials.
The apartment is located in the historic centre, on the Pantheon side, in a limited traffic area, not accessible to private cars during sometimes.
When it is possible to access the facility by private car only for unloading/loading luggage. Subsequently it is necessary to bring the private car to the Colonna car park, upon reservation. There is a taxi park 20 meters from the door.
