It consists of two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with large sofa, ideal for hosting up to 6 people.

The elegant and modern apartment is located in the Prati district less than 200 meters from the "Lepanto" metro stop and only 890 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo.

Everything can be reached in a few steps.

It is a brand new apartment, all recently renovated with quality materials, belonging to the luxury category.

Equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kitchen, pots and pans, towels, sheets, blankets, washing machine, Wi-Fi and electronic doors.

Free parking space.

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash

7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
