Maison Roberta is a prestigious, completely renovated flat with a double bed, double sofa bed and armchair bed, ideal for four people. It offers a unique view of St Peter's Dome, and the Vatican is about a five minute walk away. Located in the St Peter's district, it is just 700 metres from the station and a few minutes from the city centre. Nearby you will find pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops and shared mobility services.

The 67 m² flat is located on the 5th floor with lift and consists of:

A LIVING ROOM with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed and Smart TV. The BATHROOM is complete with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A welcome kit with towels and hairdryer is provided!

The double BEDROOM with wardrobe, direct access to the BALCONY from which you can admire the splendid view of St. Peter's Dome, particularly impressive when illuminated at night.

It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay, which is why it also has air conditioning, heating, and fast, free Wi Fi.



ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: CHILDREN can stay up to 2 and the cost of a COT (if available) is 15. LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee. Possibility of NCC upon request.

Maison Roberta is located in a quiet residential area of the San Pietro district, a stone's throw from Rome's historic centre and just a few minutes from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, the heart of Christianity and a treasure trove of ancient art. Once an agricultural area at the foot of the Janiculum Hill, in the 20th century it was transformed into an elegant and lively neighbourhood. Today, it is well served by supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as several bus lines and the nearby railway station, which quickly connect every part of the city. A convenient and strategic area to experience Rome with serenity and authenticity.

Appartement très agréable, moderne, propre, lumineux, clim, emplacement Ok. L'interlocutrice Milena est au top ! très réactive aux questions et de très bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu prendre possession de l'appartement dès le matin, ce qui nous a permis de poser les bagages et de commencer notre visite. La ville de Rome est magnifique, notre séjour était parfait !
