Nice quaint hotel that offers an amazing view and has great customer service and plenty of standard amenities like a shower/restroom, fridge, tv, and internet. It’s also close to the bus station and train station. Staff was very helpful.

The room was very clean, with a good location that was central to everything (very easy walk from Termini; good food downstairs and across the street). The owner provided clear instructions to access the building and check in, the elevator was a bonus. The only con was that the shower had very poor water pressure and almost no hot water. If you have long or thick hair to wash it can be a challenge. As an FYI, the double bed is a Murphy bed, comfortable, but if you’re with someone who is heavier than you, you’ll roll into them during the night.

Great place in Rome

Loved this little place. Small but comfortable room. We walked to all our activities (Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain, Vatican City) so worked well for us. Reasonably priced. Recommended

Instructions provided by the property were perfect and easy to follow. Elevator is a bit small for a family and requires multiple trips but that’s a minor inconvenience. Everything else was comfortable and great for my family.

The check-in process was very easy and communications was clear. Room was decent sized with good air conditioning. Location is also good near the Roma Terminal. We enjoyed that the room had a mini fridge that we used to keeps drinks and snacks. The only issue I had was the bathroom shower and the poor drainage. It was quite small as well. In addition, the front desk person who we only saw once because they are only available for limited hours, didn’t inform us of the amenities in the nearby kitchen and more information about the space. She was not informative at all.

Check in information was provided, but conflicting information provided. When we checked in, we realised it's almost like a dorm setup, with seperate rooms off a joint kitchen foyer area. The room was clean, shower wasn't great - not hot or strong. The television also doesn't work properly when changing channels. Safe provided, but we kept our valuables with us. No new towels provided for our 3 days there. Night before check out, a person we've never seen told us the information and asked for a higher city tax than what was on my documents/online for Rome, so again conflicting information. Lift didn't work half the time. Breakfast was a decent little spread of croissants, eggs and ham slices. Overall, a decent location, but for the price, better off spending more to go somewhere safer/more communication.

This is not a hotel. It’s a guest house. You are sent information how to enter building and find the place. There is no front desk. Owner was very nice and room was clean but very dated, and it would be helpful if the description stated more clearly what it is.

My son and I stayed at this location at the beginning and end of our trip. We had different rooms each time, but both times we were happy with our accomodations. Plenty of outlets, a table to eat. The 'Vaniglia' room had a full/queen and two twins. The a/c was great because it was HOT outside. The rooms were quiet. The 'Cannella' room had a kitchenette. The building is a quick walk from the train station, and a reasonable walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colliseum, and the Vatican. Your stay will have 4 measures of security. One key code exterior door, another key code interior door, an elevator ride up to the floor, an electronic key fob to unlock the door to the suite, and a regular key for your room. They serve the closest thing to an American breakfast you will find. They served eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal (I think) and different bread/pastries. They also have a coffee maker. I would definately stay her again.
